Placing an order with 11teamsports is simple. Browse our website, select the items you want to purchase, and click 'Add to Cart'. Follow the easy checkout process, enter your shipping details, and make the payment to confirm your order.
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and online payment platforms. Rest assured that your payment information is secure and protected during transactions.
We provide free shipping for all orders placed during the event, including any shipping costs related to returns, exchanges, or additional deliveries.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or change your order during delivery, as we send your order information directly from the online store to our warehouse system for faster delivery. You can refuse delivery at any time and the package will be automatically returned to us free of charge.
We offer free exchanges within 60 days, with no shipping costs for the exchange.
We will process your return and issue a refund within 24 hours of receiving it at our warehouse. The refund will be made using the payment method you selected when placing your order.
If the shipping company is unable to deliver the parcel because of an incorrect name, phone or address, the parcel will automatically be returned to us at no cost to you. Once we've received it at our warehouse, we'll send you an automated email and proceed with your full refund within approx. 24 hours.
After you place an order, we'll send you a confirmation email with your order details and the estimated delivery date. You can also check the current delivery time here to see if there are any delays. It can take up to 2 working days before you can track the parcel. After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. You can use this information to monitor the status and estimated delivery time of your order.
